We decided last minute to head to Lexington over Memorial Day as we had not been there since Thanksgiving! So silly but Nana and Pops had been to nash so much to help with Landry we just hadn't made it back up there. So glad we decided to go b/c usually when we go we have something specific going on and have so many plans but this time it was so great just to get to go and hang out with everybody. A special thanks to those who are still with us that have served our wonderful country including my husband and dad and an even bigger thanks to those who have served and are unfortunatly no longer with us.

Got to cook out with lots of old friends. I love how if you try to plan something weeks in advance you can never get anything together but J. Ed was able to call 10 folks that day and everybody was able to come over and hang out except one sweet friend who was working.
The $7.00 slab of ribs George Dickson brought. There really are no words.
The guys golfed on Sunday at LCC, so Robbins and I went to the pool out there with Heather and got to see Brooke and Sam. We had so much fun as you can see by the picture of him on the way home.
All the cousins were in town too and they were so excited to see Robbins and Landry!

So the kids played and played and played which lead to what you see below. Robbins was seriously drunk. When we left he was so tired he could barely talk and was stumbling. So sad, so funny, so worth it:)
