Lately

I need to back track a bit because we had some good times between Landry's birthday and Thanksgiving!

My best friend for 25 years moved back to Atlanta last year and we hadn't been able to come visit due to sick kiddos and other things popping up but FINALLY we made it and had so much fun.

Loving on Dad on the way there

Went for a hike- there is something about seeing these guys play together that makes me so happy.

Ellie is such a little mama, so sweet.

So pretty

Landry went too, she had the best seat in the house:)

On the way back we stopped in Chattanooga to see Uncle Reno, somebody was very happy!

Our community group got together for hot dogs and s'more's on the perfect end of fall night.

This little one is no longer crawling at all, she is so big:)
Having some fun on a bike that was a tad to small for him
These kiddos make my heart full. I love all of these families so much!

S'more time

Landry and Lainey, I think they were smitten

I think he is so pretty. I know your not supposed to say that about boys but I don't care, he just is:)
Doing a little shopping

She is climbing and into everything right now
but it's ok b/c she is just as sweet as they come

Thanksgiving

This Thanksgiving was interesting to say the least. J.Ed was called out of the country the week before and has had to be gone for two weeks, but I'm still thankful for a husband who loves our family so much and... for face time.  So we headed to my parents a couple days early for some extra hands, hands that I am so thankful for. We all ended up with bronchitis/croup but you know what, still thankful for doctors, insurance and medicine to help get everyone feeling better. Noticing a theme here? I was really tempted to be ungrateful this last week but God kept reminding me of all the things in my life to be thankful for and for that I am...thankful:)

My super fun co-workers. Thankful AND grateful for them.
Robbins countdown until dad comes home. He has a really hard time when he is gone and he and I don't always see eye to eye when dad is out of town; but I am thankful for his headstrong mind and independent spirit that will serve him well one day.

Love this

My little pilgrim

Like I said, thank goodness for FaceTime.

Thanksgiving treats for the original turkey's.
Thankful for good food, good conversations, and good friends. Loved having dinner with Sarah. It was my only real outing thanks to the sickness!

My easy rider

Morning love from Poppy and Juju
Thanksgiving at Michael and Melanie's. Perfect weather and perfect backyard for these two to run wild.
Lovely dinner table
Three generations!
First Thanksgiving meal-loved sweet and creamed potato's. Girl after my own heart:)

Kids and me table
This is pretty much how we spent our night watching them fight over play with toys:)
I am thankful for so many things looking back over the past year. A chance to grow in my faith, marriage, parenting and friendships just to name a few. I hope, no matter my circumstances, I can always remember this moment in our lives and just be thankful.

Family Pics

This year our family and my brothers family decided to give my parents pictures of them with the kids, our whole family, etc. We were in Memphis for Landry's party so we decided to do it then and Courtney Smith who has done some of my other friends pics was great! I mean there were 11 of us and trying to get every grouping in an hour and actually get a good shot with 3 kids is a challenge and she did great! My parents were so excited about the big family pic so I was really happy too and Christmas shopping for them and the in laws done. Check and check! Here are a couple:)

Princess Redefined

I can't wait to show this to the kids someday. These are all the things I hope Landry is someday because of her confidence in the Lord, and all the things I hope Robbins looks for in his future mate.

Landry's 1st Birthday

I am still gathering myself to write a true 1 year post for my sweet girl. I am having a hard time finding the words to express how she has made this year(which has been difficult) one of the best for our family. So instead I'm keeping it fluffy with super fun party pics.

Thanks again to Allison and Julie for the awesome decor they let me borrow. All I did were the little printables for banners and signs!

Gotta love etsy. I got the fondant woodland animals and stuck them on a Costco cake.
 Landry over the last year

We love Wimsey Cookie Co. This is the 3rd time and we have been so pleased.

These two literally never left each others sides
I got to see these some of these ladies twice in two days, so fun!

 Love her cake
Our family pic. Notice that someone would not sit still long enough to be in it so we are a lovely family of three:)

 Love. This. Face.

A little tired after her big day

Chillin
Someone partied a little too hard
Thanks to everyone who could be there and for all the sweet texts and emails wishing her a happy birthday! We appreciate all of you more then you can know.
